SHIPPING
I ship out item as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. I DO NOT ship on Sunday & Bank Holiday.
All items are ship by normal airmail and handle by Royal Mail.
It usually take 3 days to Western Europe, 5 days to Eastern Europe and 7 days to the rest of the world. However, I can not garantee the delivery period, as it is down to post office. Note: Sometime package just gets delays.
I recommend getting insurance on your INTERNATIONAL purchases. It is the only way to truly insurance your packages that they will arrive safety, but it cost another £5.30 (one-off). If you do not intend to buy insurance and unluckly items get lost. I will not be able to resend an item that has not been insured. I will provide my receipts and certificate of posting and you may contact the post office regarding the issue. Please email if you want the insurance because it is safer!!
REFUND & EXCHANGE
If you change your mind, you want your money back. Please contact me within 7 days of sale and I will be happy to refund your money (excluding postage & packaging that already used).
